glutathione is produced by the body - more at certain ages - it is the most powerful antioxidant - the key antioxidant - it is 5,000 times more powerful than any you can buy - it works inside of the cells whereas other antioxidants work outside of the cell - inside of the cell it produces ATP which is energy - as we get older the production slows down - the more it slows the faster we age and the weaker our immune systems - some children seem to have a much lower than normal level of glutatione - studies show that most people who have a disease have low levels - glutathione is found in all living cells - including plants - without it cells die.
Glutathione also detoxies the cells - it has been shown that certain children cannot detoxify the cells of metals and other toxins and these seem to be the ones that have the problems.
A university in Florida is going to be doing a study on glutathione and autism. Dr. Corrine Allen does a Brain Advance study in the summers. You might want to do a Google search of glutathione and autism or what ever your concern is about.
